6 month old chil with septic arthritis of knee joint on IV Ceftriaxone and Cloxacillin with no improvement
child had hx of sever neonatal klebsilla pnumonia sepsis,
child still nt responding joint still swelling , limitation of mvt, had eczema, joint aspiration -ve c-s
what is the best choice of ABCX

How many days of above antibiotics have been given_? What is the response in CBC_? Other antibiotics covering staph can be tried. Rule out immunodeficiency
