What is the diagnosis?

Discussion :
Necrotizing fascitis. It is a fulminant bacterial infection of skin, subcutaneous tissue and fascia characterized by rapid spread, marked tissue edema and systemic toxicity. Hyperbaric oxygen and skin grafting is used for its treatment. This child also has partial albinism and one must rule out an underlying immunodeficiency such as Chediak Higashi
