A CHILD OF 3 YRS OF AGE HAVING PAIN ABDOMEN OFF and ON FOR 6 MONTHS.THERE IS NO HISTORY FEVER.MONTOUX IS NEGATVE.USG ABDOMEN SHOWING FEW LYMPH NODES OF 2CM SIZE.CAN WE START ATT

No, this is not an indication of starting ATT. The lymphnodes could also be acute mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Treat the child for worms, atypical infections. Check HIV. Repeat USG after 25-20 days and see what has happened to the lymphnodes. Follow up the child regularly to see if she develops andy symptoms of TB.
