2.5 years old female with high grade fever for one month, splenomegaly, some axcillary L.ns, her CBC is normal, cultures are free, ESR is over 100, 2nd hrs, CRP is 35, ASOT is -ve, transient gum bleeding {thrombocytes is 197,000} and swelling, transient periorbital oedema, and non specific rash for one day

Expert Answer :
Rule out Autoimmune disorder, HIV, Tuberculosis and malignancy. Also rule out KALAAZAR if she is from an area endemic for kalaazar.
