Why there is evening rise of temperature in tuberculosis_?

Tuberculosis induces a low grade inflammation. Fever appears when the body`s endogenous anti-inflammatory mechanisms are at their lowest - related to the diurnal variation in corticosteroid synthesis. Hence, it appears in the evening
