WHAT IS THE ACTUAL DOSE AND DURATION OF Levofloxacin TABLETS FOR THE TREATMENT OF TUBERCULOSIS OF SPINE ?

Dose of levofloaxin is 7.5-10mg-kg-day. Treatment duration depends on the extent of the disease, but in most cases will be 12 months or more and should be with atleast 4 drugs to which the child is sensitive. {This is assuming that you are talking about drug resistant TB}
