In many patients with fevers,
Paracetamol
does not work sometimes in high-grade fever. Previously we used niimessulide Now it is banned. What are the best alternatives? What about ibuprofen, mefenemic acid?

You may try ibuprofen.
Mefenamic acid
is not recommended in children.
