If 7 months baby's mother is having TB then can she breastfeed the baby?

Breast feeding is not contraindicated when the mother is taking standard anti-tuberculous medication. If mother has open kochs then expressed breast milk will be required.

yes, and ensure the BCG status and give chemoprophylaxis with isoniazid

yes if she is on treatment and the baby is vaccinated after the mantoux and bcg.
