Does nebulisation with Salbutamol or any other bronchodilators have any role in treatment of pneumonia in children Less Than 5 years or in older children.

yes as it helps in the inflammation related bronchoconstriction if rhonchii are present otherwise not useful except for the general soothing effect with the nebulisation

marginal possible benefits of Resp.Tract hydration with mucus thinning...
