for the laast 2 mo. cbc normal. suggest the diag. and line of managment

chronic Painful Parotitis Could be b, l Stricture of stenson`s duct lead to statsis of secretions that lead to repeated infection. Need Further investigation in the form of Sialography,USG scan , CT scan.
Now Need to treated agressively with Antibiotics ,Analgesicperntipyretics,Proper hydration of the child.
