Why arthritis in acute rheumatic fever is migratory in nature?

difficult to explain, but may be explaied as an evanecent phenomena like the erycema marginatum which represent characteristic nature for rheumatic fever.

The arthritis is due to immune complex deposits. The reason why it is migratory is not known.
