what is difference between the BP of two arm.which of the reading we should consider for treatment normally left arm BP is higher

The normal blood pressure difference in the right and left upper limb -9 to -11 mm of Hg in systolic and -10 mm in diastolic BP. Normally blood pressure is taken in right arm in supine position.

Right arm BP to be considered , normal difference being less than 10 mm hg

Left is usually higher because of more flow of aorta to that side. variation is minor upto 10mmHg. If it's grossly different as 50mmHg then it's Coarctation Of Aorta
