Should 1st dose of pertussis vaccine be given in infant treated for neonatal seizures?

yes.acellular pertussis can be given

No,it should be delayed until the seizures are stabilised.

Neonatal seizures are not a contraindication for pertussis vaccine. Progressive encephalopathy and uncontrolled epilepsy is where one would try and avoid cellular pertussis vaccine.
