my baby had UTI. urine culture showed 1lakh colony count of e.coli. USG showed prominent right extra renal pelvis. she had right pelvic dilatation prenatalyandpostnatal period. wat will be future status_? will she go for any complication_?

a thourough evaluation by a peds nephrologist or a peds urologist would include a vcug and a blood pressure check for a complete eval

firstly we have to rule out obstruction in the urinary tract and then treat the child accordingly.

no, i do not think there will be any complications. But baby require regular monitoring.
