How far combination of Cetrizine and Ambroxol useful {if any} in Allergic Rhinitis_?

it do well in milder cases but more resistant cases frequently require adding inhaled steriod with or without vasoconstrictor and avoiding triggers

Ambroxol is not needed for rhinits. It is only used as a mucolite for chest congestion. Cetrizine can be used in allergic rhinitis.
