an ultrasound abdomen reveals that the cysterna magna dimension being at upper limit of normal range. Interpretation pl_?
What follow up investigation needed_?
All other health records normal

Since the cisterna magna is still in the normal limits one need not worry. A repeat scan can be done after 4 weeks to see if it is enlarging. If enlarged then one should rule out hydrocephalus or dandy walker variant.
