A 15 weeks pregnant woman shows Rubella IgG Ab positive. This is her second pregnancy. What should be the next course of mangement?

Repeat the titres after 4 weeks. If increases 4 fold, terminate pregnancy. If same, indicates past infection.

regular ultrasonic monitoring. In case any major congenital anomaly then advised her to terminate pregnancy.
