A 13 week old girl is being treated for a UTI. After 3 days her fever is under control, however, her WBC count is the same as when she was admitted 24,000,cumm. Should we change the antibiotics?

yes we should , coz' subsiding fever may go along worsoning infection in sepsis.

No, rather do a urine culture and if it is negative, continue the same antibiotics.
