while nebulising with nebulisation chamber , should the total volume of the liquid be made to 3 ml with Normal Saline or just the drug dose { 0,5 ml } of Salbutamol suffficient , is there any contraindications or special indications for diluting with Normal Saline

No the total liquid should be 3 ml. The drug should be diluted.

yes the drug should always be diluted with normal saline upto total of 3 ml.
and as such there is no contraindication or special indication for diulting with normal saline. but the drug shoud never be diluted with distilled water.
