Which test is best for malaria between card test and malaria slide test and why?

card tests are of two types- for antigen {optimal} and for antibody.antigen is more specific and sensitive.peripheral blood film remains the gold standard, but it needs expertise and 3 to 4 slides per day.

slide test is better because its specificity is 90 percent

malaria slide test is the best, microscopic study by thick and thin film as it is easy ,accurat and not expensive
