whats the reason for hyponatremia and hypoklemia in nephrotic syndrome
Answer :-
Hyponatremia is dilutional and pseudohyponatremia due to laboratory error. In actuality, the total body sodium is high.
Hypokalemia may be seen post diuretics. Hypokalemia is not a usual feature of nephrotic syndrome.
