What is the sequence of improvement in treated rickets? Is it calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase or line of healing on Xray?

The serum phosphorus is the first to improve usually by 4-5 days. Radiographic healing is visible in 6-7 days and usually by 14 days after vitamin D supplementation. The serum alkaline phosphatase is the last to normaliza till the bone resources are replenished.
