What is the dose of Deflazacort in MCNS{Initial and Replase}

I never use Deflazacort in MCNS. It is much too expensive. And has NO advantage over prednisolone.
The claim that Deflazacort could protect the bone has never been demontsrated.
But when you give prednisolone, give also vit D, 400 U daily during the days of treatment.
