Is it worth to initiate Vit D 400 I.U , Day in new borns, because AAP suggests to initiate only Vit D nothing else .

Yes for newborm.

yes,because most of the mothers they have vit D deficiency.
but its better to give it in combination with vit A because they have synergistic effect

Yes one needs to start 400 units of vit D from 10-15 day of life Thanks
