WE HAVE 350 Ml OF BLOOD PACK IN SUPPLY.WHAT IS AMOUNT OF PACKED CELL ARE THERE IN A PACK OF 350 ML BLOOD.WHEN WE ARE TRANSFUSING PACKED CELL IN A THALLESEMIC CHILD SHOULD WE WAIT AFTER HANGING THE COLD PACK SO THAT PACKED CELLS ARE FORMED AND TEMP OF PACK COMES AT ROOM TEMP OR WE SHOULD START TRANSFUSION AT SLOW SPEED AND PACKED CELL ARE FORMED DURING COURSE OF TRANSFUSION AND TEMP CBECOME NORMAL WITH THE TIME_?
