WAT IS IDEAL MANAGMENT FOR BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL IN HYPERTENSION WITH AUTOSOMAL RECESSIVE KIDNEY DISEASE_?

WE STARTED WITH HYDRLAZINE THAN Labetalol INFUSIN..AND ADDITION OF OTHER ANTIHYPERTSESINVE LIKE LASIX,HYDROCHLORTHIAZIDE,PROPRANOLOL,CAPTOPRIL,AMLODIPIN .STILL BP S BORDERLINE HIGH _?..HOW TO GO AHEAD FROM HERE,HOW TO WEAN WHICH ON FIRST AND LAST_?

When available, angiotensin AT1 receptors antagonists {losartan, valsartan} and Amlodipine are the best.
Sartans must sometimes be used at very high doses which are well tolerated. ACE inhibitors have the same effects
but can induce disturbing cough.
