Primary hyperhidrosis is seen in adolescence usually. There are few reports regarding transthoracic endoscopic sympathectomy {TES} for this condition in children and adolescents. Botox injections have been used for specific areas with excessive sweating. Also drying agents can be applied topically. Iontophoresis is another hyperhidrosis medication, which works by inducing electrical charges in the sweat glands and shock. Before all that rule out diabetes, CCF and hyperthyroidism.
