How to manage normally looking children with excessive sweating of palms and normal thyroid function?

Rule out diabetes, CCF and hyperthyroidism and liver disease. It may also be primary hyperhydrosis or due to increased sympathetic activity. Management depends on the underlying condition. If it is too excessive, ionotophoresis can be done.
