HYDROXYZINE can be used. If symptoms are severe and there is angioneurotic edema then steroids can also be used.

wholemark of treatment of urticaria is antihistamines ,if marked we can give sc adrenaline , or im dexamethazone, topical soothing agents as calamine ,we have also to avoid the offending factors
