Till what age or weight of the preterm baby after the discharge from the hospital,feeding with Preterm Formula should be continued. When can one switch over to regular formula in babies born premature? Are there any Guidelines too ?

I think there is no guideline but I will switch when there is documented good weight gain or doubled birth weight
