There is a 3 months old child with a recently noticed lump in axilla about 3cms sq. No fever or any other sign. BCG Vaccine given at birth. X ray chest is NAD.

Which axilla is the lump? If on the left side, rule out BCG adenitis. If on the right side, a biopsy may be needed.
