sickle cell anemia with painful crises, what is the best analgesic _?

For mild to moderate pain, Dihydrocodeine tablets in opioid naive patients can be given. For opioid tolerate morphine. In severe pain, Diamorphine subcutaneously 4 howebsitey is required. By combining analgesics with different mechanisms of action, such as Paracetamol or diclofenac, the dose of opioids can be kept to a minimum
