respected sir
i have treated a 1 year kid from pyogenic meningitis .now she is conscious but there is a nasal regurgitation of milk and when i tried to insert a feeding tube i cant insert. she has not any neurological deficit now .palatel movement is not normal.she is there since 3 weeks in my hospital.
caN U GUIDE ME WHATS PROBLEM_?

It looks like palatopharyngeal incoordination secondary to bulbar palsy. Try putting an orogastric tube if nasogastric tube insertion is a problem.
