Please guide me as to the exact indication and duration for using Enalapril for intractable CHF not responding to Digoxin plus DIURETICS.

ACE inhibitors are recommended in Congestive cardiac failure not responding to digoxin and diuretics provided the child is not hypotensive. The duration may depend on the clinical improvement. However it may be stopped it there is a rise in the serum creatinine or hyperkaemia occurs.
Dose is 0.2mg-kg-day to max 0.5mg-kg-day.
