My six year old son is constantly yawning. He gets at least 10 hours of sleep per night but the yawning persists. This has been going on for about a month. What is the reason?

Rule out adenoids.And evaluate for other causes of nocturnal respiratory obstruction leading to hypercapnea.

could the problem be obstructive sleep apnea or blockage of euatachian tube and the yawning helps the child.
