my daughter is 22 months old,one of our family member is havin mediastinal lymph nodes on HRCT,LUNG PARENCHYMA NORMAL and minimal plerual effusion.he has been started on AKT.DO MY DAUGHTER REQUIRE AKT PROPHYLAXIS WITH HR_?

• If one of the close family members is diagnosed as tuberculosis other members of the family should be screened.
• I suggest to do a moutoux test of STU. If it is positive over 10mm I suggest INHplusRifampin prophylaxis.
