Is there any problem if a child gets daily oilbath and headbath_?Is there any advantage if given hotbath_?How much cow`smilk a child with recurrent respiratory infection can take daily_?Is choclates mucus forming and hence has to be avoided in RRI_?

Daily oil bath and head bath are not necessary, however they are also not contraindicated. Hot water bath helps to improve circulation and prevents hypothermia. Though ayurvedic medicine does give restriction of milk in respiratory infections, there is no evidence on the same and allopathic medicine still does not recommend any food restrictions in respiratory infections.
