Is there any need for multivitamin supplementation and calcium supplementation for IUGR babies just like preterm neonates_? Are there any study done on this_?

there is definately a need 4 calcium supplementation in IUGR babies as they r prone to hypocalcimea,and multivitamin may b given as a supplement.
