Is there a role of Influenza vaccination available in the market in prevention of the current outbreak of swine flu caused by H1N1 virus._?One of the brands Vaxigrip by sanofi claims partial protection against H1N1.

No. I have not come across any study or meta analysis which says Vaxigrip really reduces the risk of H1N1.
