Is lansoprazole, tinidazole, and Clarithromycin given to pediatric patients? If yes, what are the dosages?

**Lansoprasole is not recommended in children.
**Clarithromycin:
bodyweight Less than 8kg - 7.5mg-kg bid
8-11 kg - 62.5mg bid
12-19 kg - 125 mg bid
20-29 - 187.5 mg bid
30-40 - 250 mg bid
IV infusion is not recomended for children.
**Tinidazole
More than Intestinal amebiasis = 50-60 mg-kg for 3 days
More than Amebiac involvement of the liver = 50-60 mg-kg for 5 days
More than Urogenital trichomoniasis and giardiasis = single dose 50-75 mg-kg. Repeat if necessary.
