Is Femite {Denatonium benzoate} recommended for stoppng thumbsucking_? What are its side effects , contraidication.

Denatonium is the most bitter substance known to humankind. Due to its bitterness it is used for its aversive properties and applied on fingers and nails to prevent nail biting and thumb sucking respectively. It is not known to pose any long-term health risks
