Is adrenline nebulizer safe and effective in cases of acute bronchiolitis? Is it preferred over salbutamol?

yes it can be used in acute bronchiolitis

It can be used caushiously in very critical cases. Not first line treatment at all. Salbutamol better in older infants with Hx suggestive of atopy.
