In conditions like hemophilia vaccination is very essential. Because of the risk of haematoma formation the vaccination has to carried out very carefully. there is no major problem with subcutaneous vaccines. but with the vaccines to be administered intramuscularly ,it has to be given with a fine needle. pressure should be applied at the injection site for more than two minutes.
