if a newborn delivery at car or at home and the umbilical cord is cuted by unsterlised instrument ...is it must to give anti tetanus vaccine immediately_? and what is the dose_?

No as the mother has already recieved tetanus Toxoid in routin Vacc. for the pregnancy. the child has already antitetanus antibody

Give tetaunus immunoglobulin to the baby. DPT should be given at 6 weeks of age.
