I come across many children with CRP test positive. Many children are with recurrent RTI associated with recurrent fever. What is the ideal drug that I can use in such children who had already been on various antibiotics ranging from high to low.

this ii depend on the previos antibiotics and condition of child moreover single test is not very significant it should be quantitative

Positive CRP indicates that child ae having on going inflammation, it does not tell about etiology, So I suggest evaluation for the underlying cause for recurrent RTI then starting antibiotics.
