How will you approach a 10 year old child who presented with facial puffiness. No history of oliguria,hematuria. BP is normal. Respiratory, CVS,CNS,examination is normal. No organomegaly. No ascites. CBC, Urine examination, chest Xray, RFTs, Serum proteins normal. What is the further line of investigation?

usual causes have been ruled out by the inv-but look for endocrinal causes -one must know about the developmental history,anthropometric measurements should be known-do thyroid profile-rule out adrenal dysfunction both medullary as well as cortical secretions-.
