How to treat when an infant comes to out patient dept. with history of diarrohea,vomiting- with moderate dehydration?.

corecton of dehydration with rl or dns
100cc-kg total half should be given in 4-6 hrs rest in next 12 hrs . replacing on going losses . give antiemetics to contral vomiting. encourage breast feeding. as vomiting stops start ors
start semisolid food also

First try oral rehydration if no response give nasogastric fluids
