How to treat a case of infected molluscum contagiosum which is infected with secondary lymphadenitis?

INfected molluscum with infected secondary lymphadenitis may suggest a supperadded bacterial infection and oral antibiotics may be required. Rule out underlying immunodeficiency such as HIV.
