How can we help autistic pt._? is it curable disease, _?what about treating such cases in india_?

Autism is not a curable disease but managable. Firstly we must diagnose it ideally before 18-24 months for better outcome. As a general pediatrician, once you suspect autism, it is best referred to developmental pediatrician for confirming the diagnosis and proper therapy. In most of the major cities, such facility is available and you should find out nearest center that offers such facility.
