FOLLOWING BCG VACCINATION A CHILD AGED TWO AND HALF MONTHS COMES WITH SWELLING IN AXILLA AND MEASURING AROUND 1.5 CMS. THE SWELLING IS SLIGHTLY RED AND SEEMS TO BE NON TENDER WHAT SHOULD BE DONE ?
